I NEED MANUAL FOR SAMSUNG FREEZE 14 CU FT MODEL SR 368

The third digit after the dot usually indicates the capacity. Judging from the picture of the refrigerator on the SearsPartsDirect.com site, I'd guess it's a 24 cu. ft. model. (It doesn't look like it's a 14 cu. ft. apartment sized model.)

There is a recall by Samsung for your washer. Here is a link to the site where you can get your machine taken care of. I checked your model and serial number and yours is on the recall list.

according to your model number it is a 14 cu ft.  thx peyton
