After putting in User ID and password for my Capital One Account on my Apple IPad, accounts not showing up on IPad, only a blank screen. I can access my accounts through my IPhone and my PC. Help.

The problem could be due to the App. Try to erase the App, and reinstall it from the App Store.
To erase an App: touch it for a few seconds until it starts to "wiggle", then press the small 'x' in the corner of the App you want to remove.
When the App is erased, press the Home button, then go to the App Store and download the App again.

After creating new account on google.com.tap settings on iPad,tap mail,tap gmail to delete old account..tap mail again on top left then tap add account,tap gmail then enter info for new account.

go to setting look for connection , wireless or network settings. then go to USB connection and choose ask on connection that way when you plug your ipad in either to charge or hook up to the pc it will ask you what you want to do.

My ipad is on and it won't do anything. When you touch the screen to go into emails or anything else, even to turn it off it won't do anything.

Trying to activate my niece's Ipad, What is APPLE ID?

Don't remember password for ipad

You don't need to know your password for the iPad. As long as you know the password for your iTunes account, you used to setup the account on the iPad for. Connect the iPad with the computer and open iTunes and give in the password for the iTunes account. Apple will unlock the iPad and you can setup a new pass code for the iPad.
When you forgot your iTunes password, you have to contact Apple and prove you are the legal owner of the account.
