SOURCE: presser foot lever does not lift presser foot

If you can remove the cover on the left side you will see the presser foot bar. On the bar there will be a screw that may be loose. Turn the handwheel until the needle is all the way down and lift the foot manually until just before it makes contact with the needle clamp and tighten the screw on the presser foot bar.
That should do it.

SOURCE: raising bobbin thread

These machines are timed by belt and go out of time a lot. Check and see that when the needle passes through the plate and travels upward 1/8" at this point the rotating hook should be right behind and above the eye in the needle,my guess is that it is out probably 1 tooth on the timing belt and can usually be corrected by removing the bobbin case and holding the rotating hookk with on ehand and forcing the handwheel with the other hand which will cause the belt to jump a cog and should put your machine back in time I hope this helps

Singer heavy-duty 4411 the feed dog's are moving it just not coming up all the way to move fabric and the button to adjust feed dog's is on up my machine has not dust or lint

The Singer 4411 has a hidden switch to raise and lower the feed dogs. It's on the back of the machine near the presser foot. You have to remove (slide to the left, from the front of the machine) the extension table/accessory box to access the switch. Move the switch away from the body of the machine to raise the presser foot. See page 24 of the manual for the picture.

The manual is available on the product page: https://www.singer.com/heavy-duty-4411-sewing-machine. The current link to the manual is https://manuals.singer.com/Manuals/RetrievePDF/608 .

I hope this helps.

Singer 7033, how do you raise the dog feed.

The feed dogs on the 7033 shouldn't drop down. This model uses a cover over the feed dogs when doing free-motion sewing. To remove the cover, raise the needle and presser foot. Open the slide plate over the bobbin by sliding it towards you. Lift up the front edge of the cover and pull it away. Close the slide plate and lower the presser foot.
Many Singer manuals are available here: https://www.singer.com/support . The current link to the 7033 manual is https://res.cloudinary.com/singer-sewing/image/upload/fl_attachment/Singer-Website-Library/outdated_product/SINGER_7029_7033__7035_and_9410_Sewing_Machine.pdf . The cover is shown on page 8 of the manual. See page 12 for the picture of removing the feed dog cover.

I hope this helps. If the feed dogs are actually down and not covered, there is probably something broken in the sewing machine.

My Singer 3232 Simple Sewing Machine now almost two and a half years old began to loop while I sew. Why and what can I do to remedy that, please help me.

Install a brand new needle.
Remove the top thread from the machine.
ALWAYS RAISE the presser foot and rethread from the beginning.
Loops gone!

The presser foot won't go down.

Yes indeed, it is possible--sounds to me like a screw worked itself loose. However, I would purchase the service manual for your machine. As a bonus, it tells you how to make all kinds of useful adjustments.

Go to Sewing Parts Online and do a search under Singer Service Manuals; if they don't have it in stock, call or email them and they will be happy to order it for you. Generally takes two weeks to get it in stock.

How do I fix my singer model 9008 pressure foot will not raise

Start with the manual: http://www.manualslib.com/products/Singer-9008-353399.html
You may be missing a screw. Clean and oil carefully looking for small bits of thread and lint. If this doesn't work, take it to an expert.

open he face and check the clamp screw. If loose raise foot to give 5/16" clearance and retighten after ensuring foot is in line with feed dogs slots

All lights flAshing

Call the singer help line and have them walk you through reset. But first. Raise the presser foot, turn the hand wheel toward you a few times, put down the presser foot and take the power cord out from the side of the machine. That process helped another person... maybe you'll get lucky.

When attempting to sew rather thin material the main presser foot has not enough downward pressure to keep the material from sliding around. This is on a Singer 111W. Works fine on leather etc. I thought...

This machine was not designed to sew THIN material. It is an upholstery machine and it will never sew thin fabric very well. You can try a smaller needle(size 16 or less) and shorter stitches. There is also an adjustment to raise and lower the walking foot located on the backside of the machine. It can be recognized by the wing nut holding it in place and that it slides up and down when it is loose.
