Im having a problem with a Hobart Am15 the rinse feeder wire J1-2 is causing a clicking noise on relay and rinse signal not to work. D7 flashes on the control board

It means that the final rinse thermistor is bad.Your not getting 180 degrees---right?Its located on the booster and costs about $65.I work for hobart.Any ?

sounds like a poor connection in the fuse box, or a bad ground.

If your parking lights are flashing also, I would have to guess that the battery has been disconnected recently. If so there is a small, 4" x4" box on drivers side under dash by colomn that has a small red button on it. Push this button for a few secounds and that should fix your problem. A schematic would certainly help, give Hobart a call and ask for a wiring diagram. or manual. Hobart are very helpful and may even give you guidance, you may have to pay the postage, they usually fax these documents so it will not cost you anything.

check for power to drive motor,if power is there when you pull gun trigger then motor is bad.if no power look for bad wire connections then relay.
