SOURCE: Water dispenser won't stop dispensing water!
Hi I dont have the knowledge of your fridge, but I'm just going to throw this idea your way , please forgive me if im wrong :)
Perhaps the problem is due to syphonage, the discharged liquids are creating a vacuum along the line.
Did you reposition the height of any supply hoses ? none of them should be above/higher the outlet source itself.
You could also try installing a inline reverse flow suppressor
(small plastic filter that only allows one-way direction of flow.

on the bottom of the ice dispenser front cover is 2 slots insert a small screw driver into these slots and carefully pry the cover off (be careful not to scratch your door) one the cover is off there will most likely be a wiring harness that you can unplug and put cover out of your way. next you will need to move the white bracket out of your way there is either 2 thumb latches or 2 screws that seure it. it will not come all the way out so you may need someone to hold it out of the way for you. in the center of both of your levers you will see 1 screw with a cardboard spacer and brass spring BE CAREFUL NOT TO LOOSE THESE! remover screw spacer and spring afte that you should be able to work the levers right on out. the ice lever is a little tricky trying to get it around the ice door but it will come out.

Look for an ice cube lodged in the fingers IM. Get a hair dryer and melt that dude. No ice cube? Add some water to the IM mold. If it kicks out some ice but makes no more then you is gonna need a water valve. If it don't kick out no ice then you is gonna need a ice mold thermostat. Either one is very easy and cheap to fix. let me know Kimosabe.
