Now, the area of square is 1m2 as shown. So square metre is actually product of m×m called as m^2. Thus a square metre.
Centimetre means 1/100 th m
millimetre means 1/1000 th m
Simple to calculate:
pi * r * r * h where r = radius in (half diameter) and h = height
3.1416 * 1.420/2 * 1.420/2 * 1.650 cu metres
= 2.613 cu metres
multiply by 1000 to get litres
=2,613 litres
To work out an area of wall multiply height by length, measure in metres to get sq metres, if it has odd shapes break wall down into areas so that you can work the total out in parts. Hope this helps
There is no direct conversion for this because one unit is weight the other is volume, and i also depends on how much and if its compacted or loosely filled. You can do an experiment and calculate it yourself. Get a box and measure the L, W, and H in inches of the inside of the box, and weigh it empty. Then fill the box with the wheat (as loose or as tight as you think it will be in the silo). Once its filled level with the top edge, weight it again. Then use this formula to calculate the volume in cubic feet: V = (L x W x H)/1728 and subtract the total weight from the empty weight to get the weight of the wheat. If the total volume is say 1.47 cubic feet and the weight is 9.0 lbs. Use these values to calculate the totals your looking for, just convert them to metric before you do the calculation.
Hi, a cubic metre is a measure of volume, a square metre is a measure of area. you need to know length and width as well as depth. eg; imagine a cube is 1 metre wide by 1 metre deep by 1 metre high, this is 1 cubic metre, if you sliced this cube into 10cm slices it would cover 10m2. if you sliced it into 5cm slices it would cover 20m2. I hope this helps.
That should cool up to a 60 metre squared room. I would have the room measured up by a professional and they will also calculate heat loss and recommend the right unit for the job.

the formulae for the surface area of round disc is pi * r * r where pi=3.14 and r =radious of disc= diametre/2
for this 1st u have 2 calculate the radious of the disc that is 180/2=90mm then convert it to m by dividing 1000 ,so radious=90/1000=0.09 m finally calculate the area= 3.14 * 0.09 * 0.09=0.025434 sq metres for 38 disc multiply 38 with the above area that is 0.025434 * 38=0.966492 sq metres
in excel 2007 u can do it more easily by going 2 formulas tab. Under formla tab click on engineering formula and then convert here u can convert from mm to m after converting use the above formula i just told u.
