Phiaton BT 100 NC - I am able to mute when On bluetooth with my phone by pressing volume down button for few secs. But when I am connected with PC and on Skype, when I press volume down button nothing happens, just reduces volume.

I HAVE THE SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM.
Confirmed with Samsung tech support. Problem is with remote. to fix, simple take the batteries out of the remote. Press and hold the UP Volume button for 2 Mintues (no cheating, it has to be at least 2 minutes), this Reset's the Remote Control. Put the batteries back in. Bob's your uncle. all fixed.

The mute button works when you have a speakerphone call. That means SP-PHONE pressed and press MUTE and it flashes to let you know it's on mute.
Maybe software version 9.0 will fix the mute to work on handset calls.....
