I don't have codes for radio shack universal remote
If you have the model number of the Radio Shack universal remote, that would help tremendously. There are several that were made.
If it's the model 15-302, here are the codes to try. They may or may not work on other models.

this should work:
SETTING CODES
HOLD THE CODE SEARCH BUTTON DOWN UNTIL THE RED LIGHT STAYS LIT.
PRESS THE DEVICE BUTTON (ie TV)
CHANNEL UP BUTTON UNTIL THE CHANNEL CHANGES. (300 SHOULD BE MAXIMUM)
PRESS THE MUTE BUTTON TO SET THE CODE
