Hi Eve, I could have a problem with your NYNE ROCK charger or battery
I suggest that your charger is working, should deliver to the connector that is plugged into the equipment, approximately 18 volts DC, is not a dangerous voltage value and if not, try another charger compatible with your computer and verify that charge the battery of your NYNE ROCK, s this does not happen, it is very likely that the battery is bad, contact a specialized technical service
I enclose the user manual
I hope he manages to solve the problem

My nakamichi paws Bluetooth speaker turns on and then turns off . I have charged it with isn male to male cable but still keeps turning off

I have a BT pen that I have to delete from Devices sometimes so that it reconnect.

Check your Devices-Bluetooth, delete and let it pair up again, just like when it was install the first time.

It also may be a power management issue where the computer turns off connections to save power. You can turn that feature off.

See if that works.

I turned on my t.v. and there was no sound

First thing, make sure the mute feature isn't on. If it is not, go to menu and look for a feature that lets you choose whether you can use external speakers or internal speakers. Some newer sets have this option. If your set has this option, make sure your internal speakers are turned on. If this isn't the case, you could have fault in the 12vdc/15vdc section of your power supply board or on the mainboard of the set.

Hi - I have a Sony V444ES receiver that I have four speakers on A (in house) and two on B (outside). I hooked up a third speaker (rock speaker) for outside use however the sound is very low compared to the...

What's a rock speaker? All you will hear with one speaker on the Rear Right output is the Rear Right channel which is typically for effects and ambience. You DO have a manual, right?

Individual speakers commonly have different responses given the same amplifier input. Where you physically place a speaker once it's electrically connected is up to you. Speakers placed outdoors might not have the sound-re-enforcement of nearby or adjacent walls as indoor speakers do so they will sound weaker.

The charge to the speakers do not last as long as it used to. Do we need to purchase new batteries and if so how do we change?

Yes definately new batteries. Depending on use I find you can get about 2 years service out of a set of NiMH or NiCD batteries. can you show a photo of the back of the rock?

Speakers on new dell Studio Laptop 1737 crackle and pop

Likely, what you are experiencing is the fact that the batteries in your speaker are running low. The sound of this speaker – as with any battery operated device – is reliant on fully-charged batteries. When the charge gets too low, you will experience sound distortion or abnormalities. Just put in fresh batteries, and you should be all set.
