SOURCE: wiring for pride rally scooter.

Sorry but your probably going to have to get this to a service technician. That is a big problem you have there. Most wiring is`nt even color co-ordinated so it`s not a matter of matching up colors. I`d call a professional,

SOURCE: Problems with Pride Celebrity X 4-Wheel Electric

It is often a damaged accelerator (Potentiometer). Sometimes the shaft on the wigwag breaks the contacts in the accelerator from being moved too vigorously when going over a bump too fast. A technician would need to repair this for you. Happy scooting. Regards Chris… [email protected]

SOURCE: my pride IV scooter will not start I get a click

An 8-flash code indicates that the controller has shot craps. The controller is located under the shroud beneath the seat by the batteries and it controls all of the power and automatic functions of the scooter. They are damaged most often by water infiltration like running through deep puddles, etc. or by over-amping the scooter by driving it through unstable terrain like sand, mud, wet grass. There's no fix for it but a replacement and it's pricey...several hundred dollars.

SOURCE: I have a 3yr old

Kay the status light flashing indicates a problem. Count the nunber of flashes and your manual should tell you what the error code means. Also check the freewheel lever and make sure it is drive position. Without knowing the number of flashes I can't tell you what the problem might be. Hope this helps

When I turn it on an alarm sounds and won't stop. The scooter works well except alarm won't stop. It is as if you are pushing on the horn all the time.

hi Irene, sounds like you got water inside the button you push to activate the horn, the push button will need be dried out ....either by disassembly's or carefully placing a warm setting hair-dryer near the button and operate to get the water to evaporate .. but don't do it too hot otherwise the button will start to melt...

How do i remove or disconnect the beeper on my pride mobility go go sport scooter? I have the manual and it's worthless - i need instructions how to do it - i repeat - pride mobility manuals are wort

You will need to access the circuit board inside the top of the tiller assembly. The circuit board is located at the top of the tiller assembly, inside the shell. There should be six phillips screws holding the top of the tiller on. If you look up from the lower part of the tiller to the underside of the tiller head, you will see the screws. Remove these, then the speed control knob on the top, and open the top of the tiller; this will expose the circuit board. Look at the two wires leading from the back of the horn button and they will lead to a plug-in connector on the circuit board. Unplug this connector, reassemble and you are good to go, quietly :)

Wirng diagram for a sc50 sonic pride scooter power switch, horn, horn button, power meter, etc.

Bad boy (or girl of course)! Should have noted everything BEFORE taking it apart. But then you now know that and probably did before .... Oh well, we've all done it... Once. I have a Pride scooter, but not this one. MAYBE someone with a sc50 Sonic will be kind and post a photograph of the underside of their control panel while still wired?? This would help our friend a lot.
Sadly Pride Mobility aren't known for useful things like wiring diagrams or meaningful owner's manuals.

Pride celebrity x sport

Hi , the controller could be at fault but firstly you make sure the connections are good by refitting them making sure they are a good fit , look for discolouration, disconnect the motor and brake and check resistances (smart meter etc), the motor should read around 0.4 ohms, the brake from 30 to 60 ohms...

I do repair controllers and you ;re welcome to send it to me for free testing , you pay for the return postage only...
