Check the seal is tight all around the door - clean it to within an inch of it's life.

Then make sure the drain hole (inside at the bottom of the fridge) isn't blocked (a long handled screwdriver with kitchen roll wrapped around it will suffice). You can tell the drain hole is blocked as it's characterised by the door being difficult to open in quick succession (plus - you can see it's blocked).

Next, defrost the fridge completely: Power off, open door on freezer compartment & fridge and mop up the damp. When totally dry, turn back on (without food - let it cool properly before putting food back).

I had the condensation problem and it's now sorted. Not sure which cause was responsible, but the 'solution' is worth a try.

Samsung Fridge Freezer Model RT77KBTS leaks water from the inside and somehow runs down the back of the inside from unknown location then pools up inside at the bottom and eventually runs out of the...

i had this problem .. there is a drain in the freezer it drains condensation through a hose to a pan at the bottom where there is a fan .. that fan splashes this water onto the condenser coils to cool them.. if that hose gets plugged then that water gets diverted and drains into the inside of the fridge... the big problem is this water is no longer cooling the condenser coils and your condenser will run hot until you clear the clog and get this working right again.. i had to unplug the fridge and let everything get warm (a few hours) then run a flexible wire through the hose at the bottom (fan) to the top to loosen the clog then run clean hot water through it to clear it completely . it's no small task but you might have saved yourself buying a fridge and loosing all that's in it ..

The fans have become very noisy what can I do?

there are 2 places to check....Not sure of the model of your fridge but on the backLook for the compressor fan...make sure it is clean and free of dirt...Alot of times there are located on the back but I have seen a couple older ones where the fan is located on the bottom....They get clogged with dust and dirt/....but for a noisy loud fan I suspect your fan inside the fridge is partially frozen...condensation collects around these fans alot and freezes ...the ice hitting and rubbing against the fan itself...so located the fan on the inside....It is usually towards the bottom and behind the little drawers...and hidden behind a sheild of some sort....defrost with a hairdryer if needed....good luck.

Water collection in fridge

.you need to check the drain to make sure it is not clogged or blocked that would stop the water defrosted from you evaporator coil from draining into the drain pan.rare occasions the unit will stay in a defrost mode while trying to cool causing alot more water to be draining.good luck with your fridge.let me know how things go for you.

Water leaks from underneath

Make sure your drainage tube is not plugged.
Check inside the back of your fridge to make sure the little cup that collects condensation from your freezer compartment is not plugged with food or ice.
(I had that happen in my fridge, different model). I had lots of water on the floor of the fridge until I found this solution here on fix-ya.
Also, make sure your fridge is set right for the the humidity levels you have may experience.
Get a hold of the manual for your fridge if you don't have it, and make sure freezer is not too cold.
If you have a lot of condensation on the outside of your door, look inside your freezer and try some different settings.
I'm not sure if this helps at all. Try blowing with a blow dryer on your condensation container area on the inside of the fridge.
I'd love to know if this helped.

Fridge constantly dripping wet

water inside, too much condensation from humid air entering fridge from bad seals. replace the seals. could also be that the condensate drain is clogged. if it's leaking from the bottom of the fridge, make sure the tubing is still inside the condensate pan underneath the fridge.

Hi miss_i2000

I'm Harvey the Master Plumber

Your question is: freezer is icing up and fridge temperature has risen to 10 from 5. Also alot of condensation in the fridge and the fan doesnt seem to be working in fridge. Correct temperature on freezer -18 but ice. new frost free fridge freezer bought 1.5 weeks ago

This is no problem for you. You are under warranty and as long as you have not tryed to repair it yourself you are completely covered. Look for the manufacturer's warranty phone number on the paper work that came with it or call the sales man, he will be happy to track that down for you because he wants repeat business.
If you bought it used the only answer is to return it. You could get a local pro to repair it at yuor own expense but I wouldn't recomend that for a frige only 1.5 weeks old!
