SOURCE: Microwave ahs power but doesn't heat.
The most common causes for a lack of heating are a bad door switch, a loose connection on the magnetron, a bad magnetron, bad connection on the control circuit board, a bad relay on the board, bad high voltage diode, or bad high voltage transformer. SOURCE: My fan nor lights work on my Frigidaire microwave PLMV168KC4
Assuming you're talking about the hood vent exhaust fan and the cooktop lights, my solution is below. If not, please write back with details.
We see (and repair) this
a lot. The problem is on the control panel, which
we regularly repair nationwide by mail for $39.95 postpaid in about a
week.
At
our Web site, you can get details of our service, plus we have a video
available showing how to remove a typical
over the range control panel assembly in under 5 minutes.
This light failure often
occurs when a bulb goes out and the filament
shorts, or when the bulbs are removed or installed without first
unplugging the oven from the power line. Either can cause such a
failure on the controller.
This can often also
affect the exhaust fan operation, too. The lights and fan can be
inoperable or stuck on too.
Feel free to contact me directly (and please remind me of your
full model number) for more information & help.

SOURCE: microwave turns on by itself
You have a shorting
membrane keypad. If and when an oven is coming on or doing anything by itself, this is very dangerous and can result in a fire.
So
please leave it unplugged or leave the door
open.

Hello
Check the power cord and ensure it is firmly connected in the microwave and in the local power supply. If it is not connected completely, certain components on the microwave may work, but others will not.
Remove all other appliances from the same electrical circuit so that the microwave is the only appliance plugged into that particular circuit.
Unplug the microwave and unscrew the light bulb in the microwave. Replace with a new light bulb and plug the microwave back on.
Firmly close the microwave door and press "Stop/Cancel" to ensure the timer was not pressed instead of the cooking feature.
Reprogram the microwave for the desired cooking time and press "Start". The microwave should now cook properly
If all these steps does not work Contact an authorized service technician.
THANK YOU FOR VISITING FIXYA
Hello Rick, thank you for your inquiry!
From my understanding you need to fix a door that is sagging on your Frigidaire microwave. Your door could be sagging due to the hinges or the door being damaged. I would check to make sure there is no visible damage. It is possible that the hinges and door may need to be replaced as well. To help avoid any unnecessary part purchases you may need to seek assistance from a professional technician for proper repairs. -Matt
