SOURCE: green and red lights are on fridge not working
Hey, I see your model is made for the the United Kingdom. I live here in the USA and the UK just don't want to share their Hotpoint manuals with us. So if you like I can send you the links for information to sourses and suppliers and user manuals. If these links help let me know, Thank You, Sea Breeze

Please follow these instructions to reset the printer. If that doesn't work, try again but wait longer before reconnecting. Otherwise, here's the home support page for your machine. You can look up the meaning of the flashing lights there as well.
I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.
If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take just a moment to rate this post....thanks!
SOURCE: light on top of fridge keep flashing
Hi I found the hotpoint site, from there i found the manual for my fridge freezer.
SOURCE: canon i850 light is green then flashes orange 7
This is a very bad error. It means that the printhead needs servicing and may need to be repaired. There is no easy fix. Sorry.

Possible that the inlet valve is not working or the ccontrol unit is faulty.
Please switch off and when switched on check for the voltage to the inlet valve, if water flows, if not the control panel is faulty.
If voltage is present and valve does not work then the valve is faulty.
Also check the DOOR switch( a safety switch) because if the switch is not working the control panel will not allow the control panel to proceed to switch on motor.
Also check and tighten all the connectors to the control panel.
