Lr stands for motor not running properly. Solution says to call for service.
SOURCE: nf error cycle won't finish-maytag neptune TL
NF = No water fill. I haven’t had this failure to date but this how I would troubleshoot. Could be a block at the water valve inlet screens where the supply hoses connect to the machine. Check to see if the washer fill screens are blocked, It could be a failure of the Cold/Hot water solenoid valves. I would try to fill with hot water if no fill try cold only.
It might be easier to go into Service Mode to turn on and off the water valves while troubleshooting this issue. Enter Service Mode and use the keys assigned to the table at the bottom right side of page 16 of the FAV6800A/9800A Service Manual . Do this check only if you feel qualified, if still no water fill after the above checks I would break out my DVM and check for 120VAC at the water inlet valves. Post Back if you need additional help. SOURCE: Maytag neptune tl displays LL and stops during the rinse cycle
Sorry chukenne,
Having not experienced this issue on my FAV6800AWW I missed this error code in the manual is that your machine type? Error code “LL” is documented in the troubleshooting part of the SM as Large Load detected. Does this happen with all wash load sizes? I would go into Service Mode and step thru and document Diag codes form page 17 of the SM and see if you find any recorded error conditions. I would be curious to see if error code block 16 indicates a fail condition. I'm thinking of a possible high motor torque condition detected that may have triggered the LL code just a WAG at this time. You may want to clear all error codes and start collecting from your next wash cycle but I would make a list of all codes before you clear them for reference of fail events of past wash cycles. I’m going to assume the LL code happened during a spin cycle. What caused you to drop the clutch out and re-lube/ Were you taking dc/UC errors in spin cycle? Rich

cold water valve screen plugged or bad valve, just check it!
SOURCE: error code of "dc" on my TL Maytag Neptune
If your machine is FAV6800AW or FAV9800AW the dc/UC errors are caused by a clutch malfunction. Your machine is shutting down with those errors so your Tub Displacement Sensor is working as designed.
Fix the Clutch malfunction and you can wash a single sock or a load of blue jeans and you will not take the dc or UC unbalance errors. See this post for the fix.
