Samsung washer OE code indicates an overflow problem. Too much washing powder or washing liquid may have been added.

DE = Door Error
• Check the Door-Lock SW terminal connections and contacts.
• Bring the probe of tester into contact with two terminals of Door-Lock SW.[dE Error]

What Samsung is attempting to say is: check the door lock assembly, your machine will not spin if it "thinks" the door is open...

It is probably complaining about air movement. The vent hose may be pinched, or its outlet outside the house blocked or a critter found a nice place to sleep or perhaps a sock got into the air stream after the filter somehow. or the "fan" is not working quite right. It might also be a sensor problem that it giving wrong information to the "brain".

If you intend doing a repair job yourself you probably only need to contact the distributor of Samsung parts and ask for the individual parts by name.
You should also consider replacing the shaft which is attached to the inner drum. This can become damaged and will not give a good seal..
Try Googling your model number for a parts distributor in your area.

Also we are not a complaints department at all, although I can understand you needing to vent your feelings- I would too! We are just ordinary guys and gals, probably at home and from all over the world, with experience of addressing problems and giving guidance for free on the web.

So- there is nothing 'FixYa' would, or could, be in a position to do anything about it, sorry.
What I would suggest is that you keep complaining DIRECT to the manufacturer or contact the vendor to see if it can help you.

If you have washed the clothes in accordance with the labels on them what I would suggest is that you complain DIRECT to your vendor first or contact the manufacturer to see if either can help you.

Well, if parts are not available, there is little that you can do with that machine. You can try non Samsung, like independent appliance stores, they have parts, often.

Please call the customer care again and inform them and give your complaint number to them Or As this is a brand new machine contact the dealer from whom you got the washing machine.They will contact the service people and will get them to do the repair.
