SOURCE: Acoustic Solutions 26'' HD TV cannot play PS3 blue ray films
I have recently brought the same TV and had the same problem but I've mangaed to find a soultion.
The automatic setting for Blu Ray on PS3 is Full HD (1080p) but the Acoustic Solutions TV is HD ready (720p). For PS3 games it will automattically change settings for you to 720p. This is why this works straight away but Blu Ray doesn't.
Solution
You need to plug in your PS3 using the scart contection, then on the ps3 menu go to settings > display settings > HDMI. You will then need to attach the HDMI cable and manually set up
HDMI by checking the 720p option and deselect 1080p.
That should then play Blu Rays too. You don't lose too much quality as 720p works nearly as well as 1080p on smaller TVs.

SOURCE: Have replaced film and unit keeps saying
On some units it is possible to install the film upside down( backwards) but since you've done it multiple times it is more likely that the sensor that sees the film is broken or blocked. Look for a small block with two little lenses. They don't usually break per se but can get blocked by debris like scraps of paper.
Good luck

If this is the first time that you are trying to do this, this is most probably an issue with the video codec. If you are using windows media player to play the you tube downloaded video you download and install video code.
Here's a link of the video codec that I'm using and it works perfect.

Hope that woks for you.
I'll appreciate the feedback.
Thanks.
