Unfortunately the majority of VW radio codes (including your Blaupunkt) are not available for free from anywhere on the Internet as access is reqired to the original factory database.....which is not commercially available..

Only available from your Main VW Dealer or a Decoding Service

Are you sure you require a code as my database says that this BP VALENCIA CD52 is a NON CODED model.

First make sure that the code has not been noted somewhere within the car (underneath the ash tray, glove box , rear of sun visor etc)
 
 
To see if your code is available here  for free then the radio will have to be removed from the dashboard (and if you are lucky, someone may have written the code on the casing ) .
 
If not then POST ANOTHER QUESTION

quoting the radio MAKE+MODEL plus ALL the LETTERS+NUMBERS on ANY LABELS ,BARCODES or STAMPED IN THE METAL CASING

There should be a 14 character Serial Number beginning with
BP ++++++++++++ (or GM or similar)...often found stamped in the metal.

Also the model number beginning with 7 *** *** *** 
 
Also quote the MAKE of CAR
 
note: Unfortunately not all radios can be decoded using the Serial Number
 
Otherwise try your Main Dealer ...........or take it into a Decode Service who will plug in a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM). This takes a few minutes and shouldn`t be too expensive

This is a real old Blaupunkt where according to my database the code is hardwired inside the radio...and I don`t think it will be obtained by quoting the Serial Number.
