find the part number for the board and go on ebay to look for a new or used one boards our usually expensive so i would look there first

Does the TV power up and
stay on? No replace the D board. If Yes
Disconnect the TV. Use a volt-meter and place the positive probe on the anode of D280 on the SS board , while the negative probe is grounded. Plug in the TV and turn it on.
Is there approx. 2.7V at the anode of D280 on the SS board? No

If Yes Panel is bad!

Your TV 7 blinks indicates you have a faulty ss board its bad or needs service SS Board (SS Data Energy recovery and data driver). So check ss board for faulty components.

Tries tv unplug,replug it back like an hour later.The tv now,should be resetting itself back to factory setting.The tv should work now.If not,still have the same problems.It the power supply board problems and the causes.That the board,where the power a/c cord plug into it.Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish power supply board for the replacement.
