To reset failure codes, perform the following:
1. Enter the 25 mode (turn the machine ON, while pressing the 2 and 5 keys).
2. Select [1. software SW settings].
3. Using the arrows on the left of the touchscreen scroll to DIP SW 3.
4. Using the middle arrows scroll to BIT 1.
5. On the touchscreen select OFF (0).
6. Power the copier OFF/ON.
If the code comes back do not reset, you are messing with the Fuser the Hot part. Continuing to reset without a technician looking at and or replacing it, the fuser can catch on fire and that would ruin a perfectly good day.

Hi, unfortunatley you cannot print full bleed on any printer that uses toner. The way to do it is to print them on A4 Wide or A3 Wide paper and them trim them like you mentioned.

The white bordwers is in copier machine settings.For full page printin use 11x17 + paper or cut mechanical the whitw parts.
