SOURCE: freezer works but fridge remains warm.
The same fan that circulates air in the freezer also blows air in to the fridge. If you open the freezer door and hold the door switch closed you should hear the fan running. If not you have a failed motor or motor control. Look at the back wall of the freezer section and see if there is a heavy frost build up. If so. you have a defrost system problem. Please post back with what you find and with the complete model number and I will try to walk you through the steps of checking everything.

very easy the fan cover snaps into place and make sure you get the new motor that is metal not the plastic one they are the problem

There is a duct between the freezer and refrigerator. Sometimes this duct blocks off with ice and won't allow airflow. Open your refrigerator door and check for air flow if there is none the duct needs to be defrosted. turn off freezer/ refrigerator and defrost.

Try changing the damper settings in fresh food compartment. Your refrigerator has a control board and it is possible the board is no longer working correctly. If your board is bad I can help you locate one. If the fridge is still under warranty I would have the technician come out. He would possibly just change out the board without testing to original board. Other things that could cause problems are thermistor and defrost thermostat located inside the freezer and attached to the evaporator coil.
