Holden astra 2000 model

If the latch releases on both sides, then it may be jammed sideways just enough to hold it from sliding. Check if the seat sits evenly on the runners-move the left side back and forth to get the right side sliding. You may have to get a screwdriver or prying tool under the latch on the right runner, to make sure it releases fully. If it is a wire from the lever to the right latching tab on the runner, they get easily stretched.

Need top left shelf runner. fell to bits

Hello, This is common with Asko after a period of use, the heat makes the plastic pieces brittle over time or amount of use. If you still have the ball bearings good, ( 4 per side ) keep them and you'll only need to replace the gray plastic pieces known as the guide rail "ball holders". If you don't have all the ball bearings, get yourself a telescopic magnet and make sure one or more hasn't found it's way into the wash or drain pump as they have a tendency to do so. This obviously can and will cause serious problems because the wash & drain impellers are plastic...steel vs. plastic = not good. The Asko part number for the holder is 8058638 and should come as individuals so order 2, one for each side. The ball bearings are # 8057977 and as mentioned, require 4 on each rail/side. As for where ? I use Amre Supply, so you could check out their on-line availability at amresupply.com if you'd like. Hope that helps solve your problem. Thank you for coming to "fixya" for your solution. Let me know if I can assist you further and good luck. macmarkus :)

1999 Chrysler Concorde LXI Rear Speaker replacement

If you mean the rear shelf removal, then you begin by removing the rear seat (lift to release the corner clips on each side holding the cushion to the floor). Then remove the fasteners for the seat belts, then lift the seat back to raise and release it from its clips, and remove it from the vehicle. There are then a lower and upper trim panel around the back shelf that you need to remove (these may be on each side of the shelf, e.g. they are called 'quarter trim' panels). Then you will see some push-pin fasteners that hold the shelf across the front lower edge, so you gently pry out the center push-pin of each one of those to release the fastener. Then you pull the shelf forward to release it from the clips that hold it under the window. Then remove the wire to the center high-mounted brake light. The panel with its speakers attached can then be removed, but also remove the wires from the speakers so you don't break those. connections.
That is the procedure as shown in my '98 manual.

How do you get the wire shelves out of a side by side freezer?

Hi, You will need to move the shelf to left as far as possible and the right side ends of the shelf should release from the holes they are in.
It will take just a little force to get the shelf out.
I hope this helps you. Please let me know if I can assist you further.

The fittings and bodywork on my car rattle like a bus when going along the road. Is there any way to prevent this?

The plastic ledges either side of the rear parcel shelf are each held by three 10mm bolts. Take them off and stick pices of cloth to the back of them so that when you bolt them in the cloth is between the ledge and the interior trim. Wedge bits of rubber between the front of the ledges and the moulding either side of the rear seat back to stop the ledges flexing under the weight of the shelf. Put sticky tape on the rear shock absorber mounting covers in the boot to keep them still. If you have rear speakers in the ledges they may vibrate and need little bits of rubber to stop this. Check that the front passenger seat isn't rattling in its runners when unoccupied. I cured this by bending the runner channel slightly with a hammer and a piece of strong tube (an old jack handle). The sides of the dash moulding may rattle against the windscreen pillar mouldings-jam a strip of rubber between them. The cup holder (near the ash-tray) is a terrible rattler-wedge it with rubber or sponge tape. The rear view mirror needs atiny bit of rubber pipe between the front of the bracket (where there is a little blob sticking out) and the windscreen. I hope this helps.
