My Reebok GT40S Treadmill has stopped working. When powered on it just clicks and no display appears. I have checked the only visible fuse I can see on the treadmill and that is working fine.

You need a new control board - around 65 UK pounds from Reebok (in uk) and pretty easy to fix. Remove 4 screws from plastic motor cover and remove cover. Loosen the circuit board hold-down screws (x2) then take phone/ipad photographs of board connections to aid re-assembly. Disconnect the 6 or 7 leads from their spade connectors. Fit new board, reconnect the leads in the same place using the photographs then, fit the two board retaining screws and replace the cover and 4 screws. Job done!

I have a similar problem with my REO-11211: the display has gone blank. Tracking down Reebok UK is proving difficult!

Hi Colin, you problem is just a shorted diode, take a picture from the controller board connections, and remove it out, Check DD3 Diode on pcb, if you replace it will work.

I have the same problem. I phoned Reebok Tech Support 01908 512244. It is a timed icon to advise the deck should be lubricated. If you have done so / do this regularly you can ignore it. To remove the icon follow the instructions they emailed me. Hope this works Cheers John Please follow procedure below:
1. Keep power on and remove the safety key
2. Press and hold incline down and speed down, at the same time insert the safety key
3. You can release the “Down” buttons. (you will now hear a beep)
4. Press Speed up
6. Press stop. You will now hear a beep and the icon will disappear

SOURCE: reebok i run treadmill stops working after 10 mins

If everything still works but no belt movement, you motor controller is more than likely shot. If replacing you want to also pay attention to the deck and belt. Sence it sut down while running, it sound it an over heating problem which is usually caused from too much friction between the walking belt and the deck(the board under it) May require lube or may need replacing.

SOURCE: treadmill belt slipping

To tighten the belt, start by locating the two bolts that adjust the rear roller (one on each side of the unit in the back). Run the unit at about 3 mph. Tighten the bolts a 1/4 turn at a time. Make sure that what you do to one side, you MUST do to the other side or the belt will get off center. After you tighten it 1/4 turn, check the belt to see if it is still slipping. If it is then tighten the belt 1/4 turn again. Continue until the belt does not slip, but do not tighten the bolts more than 2 full turns. If it takes more than 2 turns then something else is the problem.

SOURCE: hello,my reebok i-run treadmill belt is not moving

Usually a spark means you have a problem with either the drive motor or motor controller board became damaged. Unplug unit remove the motor shroud physically inspect the motor and board for any signs of arching then replaced the board. Next use a multi meter to check continuity of the drive motor by removing the red and black leads that attached to the board if a reading is much more than 1.0 to 2.0 ohms then your motor is also damaged need to be replaced.

My reebok gt40s not working. The display shows E2 error. What shall I do?

It sounds like you're experiencing an E2 error on your Reebok GT40s treadmill. This error is indicative of a problem with the speed sensor, which may need to be replaced. Additionally, check your cables and connections to make sure they are all securely plugged in

My 2 years old Reebok one gt40s keeps on suddenly stopping after only few minutes walking on. Could anyone help me what to do?

There could be a few possible reasons why your Reebok One GT40s treadmill is stopping suddenly after only a few minutes of use. Here are a few things you can try:
  1. Check the power cord and outlet. Make sure that the power cord is securely plugged into the treadmill and the outlet, and that the outlet is functioning properly.
  2. Check the treadmill's safety key. The safety key is a small device that helps to prevent accidents by shutting off the treadmill if it becomes disconnected from the control panel. Make sure that the safety key is properly inserted into the treadmill and the control panel, and that it is not damaged or loose.
  3. Check the belt and deck. If the belt is slipping or the deck is not properly lubricated, it can cause the treadmill to stop suddenly. Make sure that the belt is properly aligned and tightened, and that the deck is adequately lubricated according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
  4. Check for any visible damage or loose parts. If you notice any visible damage to the treadmill or any parts that are loose or not functioning properly, it may be necessary to have the treadmill serviced by a professional.
I hope this information is helpful. If the problem persists after trying these steps, it is recommended to have the treadmill serviced by a professional to ensure that it is functioning safely and correctly.

Reebok ONE GT40s incline working intermittently

It sounds like there may be an issue with the incline motor or the lifting mechanism. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can take:
  1. Check for any visible damage or obstructions in the incline mechanism. Make sure that there is nothing blocking the movement of the incline motor or lifting mechanism.
  2. Check the wiring and connections for the incline motor. Make sure that all wires are connected securely and that there are no loose or damaged wires.
  3. Test the voltage going to the incline motor. Use a multimeter to check that the motor is receiving the correct voltage.
  4. Try to manually adjust the incline. This will help you determine if the issue is with the motor or the lifting mechanism. To do this, unplug the treadmill and remove the motor cover. Locate the incline motor and manually turn the screw with an Allen wrench to raise or lower the incline. If the incline moves smoothly and easily, the issue is likely with the motor. If the incline is difficult to move or doesn't move at all, the issue is likely with the lifting mechanism.
If you're not comfortable performing these steps, it may be best to contact a professional to diagnose and repair the issue.

GT40s treadmill. Why doesn't it turn on?

Your treadmill may not be turning on due to a broken or a failed power supply or a broken power cord or a tripped circuit breaker switch a failed circuit breaker switch a bad power switch or wiring failure or a bad motor control board or failed console display screen can stop the treadmill from turning on. If the outlet is not working try to reset the house circuit breaker which is located inside of the fuse box to restore power to the outlet.
