You can either take the dispenser out , unclip top part of dispenser, then prise out the insert which has the holes fof the water, or if dispenser is in place ,with a small screwdriver, gently prise the fabric conditioner downwards and with an old toothbrush , remove the black mould

SOURCE: Conditioner tray won't empty

i assume the detergent drawer is really clean especially the conditioner part.fault may be that the roof of the detergent box (the part the drawer goes into) is clogged. open drawer half-way at point conditioner should be taken and check if there is a spurt of water into the conditioner section. if not push a hairgrip or similiar into the holes in roof of box as you may have a blockage there.

SOURCE: My dispensing tray always has water in the conditioner section which I have to empty every time I use the machine

Remove the dispensing tray and thoroughly clean it. Use a bottle brush. You may already have done this. If that fails the network above dispensing tray may be fouled. This should then be cleaned. As it is fairly inaccessible, being above the dispensing tray, I can only suggest using a toothbrush to clean the upper surface (which faces down)
[some conditioner dispensers work by a siphoning method which requires a 'tube' - in fact an open channel - from above]

I have the same problem in my washing machine but haven't got any further that reading up on the internet, and thinking about it. I plan to use an old electric toothbrush in my attempt - so I don't know if it will work !

Need instruction manaul for bosch wfl 2260

Programmes appear to be taking excessively long time to complete even with the quick wash button pressed - 2 hour 15 min for 30 Cotton wash cycle. Is this right or is there a fault? 30 Easy-care seems to be taking almost as long.

Bosch Maxx WFL 2000: Conditioner Water not filling.

take out the tray. In the roof of the powder tray there is a thin strip of plastic that runs over the conditioner tray, it has 4 square holes in it, if you look closely it is secured by clips. prize them apart to flip down the piece with the 4 holes in it. you will find that it is all blocked up with black gunk, clean it out with whatever is suitable ( i used an hair grip). put things back and check it by putting the washer on a rinse, after a min it will flush out more gunk and things should work fine
