That is a bluetooth speaker sir. Standard device. ANY device with bluetooth should be able to use the speaker with no drivers other than the ones included on the playing device
This usually happens when your speakers has hidden feature, try to look for for appear option. When trying the next time make sure that your paired device is not connected to it, as most probably it can not connect to two devices at time.

You probably need to update the driver for the bluetooth in the laptop to support latest bluetooth proflies.

What might have happened is either there is infection in system that you may cure by running 3 aplications 1trojan remover,combo fix and malawarebytes ---these are free and safe
Next stage is to check the driver compatibility and suggested solution that is a default solution by windows 7 if you dont find any just browse the device manager in control panel and see that your sound card does not have any yellow highlight or red cross on it
If you find any download the compatible drivers from the manufacturers website
