You have tried the reset so a Yamaha audio tech is the answer. This link will find you one close to where you live. There is probably a glass fuse on the power board, but you have to find out WHY the fuse blew? It is worth fixing in my opinion.

Nov 13, 2010 - YAMAHA ... Power the RX-V1800 back on using the [Master On/Off] button and the receiver is now set back to the original factory settings.
Replace the remote control with a universal remote (e.g. Logitech). It is more advanced and very user friendly with a help function if anything doesn't work.
Just follow the instructions in the unit's manual.
If you drop it; be sure to replace the batteries correctly.
Keep good batteries in it and enjoy the convenience of only one remote.
If still in trouble; just visit your local Yamaha dealer for help.
