SOURCE: No vs-on signal from main board

Fault to the main power supply regulator section. Either it will be a separate board, or the part of main board. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts.

It will be best to replace the power supply regulator board as card basis rather than making "Surgery" to it; which usually will make loss for both money and time. Even though you can make it right, it will cost around an amount equal to the cost of a new board; including the cost of (spare parts + service charge) More to say, most of the spare parts to it will be difficult to get from open electronic spare part market. This is true to most of the flat panel TV power supply boards; irrespective of its brand and screen size.

When i plug my treadmill in the digital display wont read or turn on

1)ADJUST THE SENSOR REED SWITCH BY 1/8" SEE THE DIAGRAM
2) IF YOUR SISTEM HAS BATTERIES EXCHANGE BY NEW ONES.
3)TIGHT THE FLEXIBLE CABLE FROM THE KEYPANEL VS DISPLAY BOARD AND THEN TIGHT THE CONNECTOR FROM THE DISPLAY BOARD VS LOWER BOARD OR MAIN MOTOR CONTROLLER BOARD.
4) WILL BE A GREAT IDEA IF YOU CAN MEASURE WITH YOUR VOLTEMETER +5VDC coming from the main motor controller board to display board.
Now if there are missing the fault: is main motor controller of course after you did the first step or the voltage is there the display board is faulty.

12_6_2011_1_18_12_am.gif12_6_2011_1_18_35_am.gifsee the block diagram how the main motor board control by 90percent of function of the any treadmill. Good luck, sincerely. G-d bless you.

On my proform 680LTwhen I put the key in I get an FF display and nothing works

You must to the following:

Adjust the Sensor Reed, or optical sensor. by 1/8" or 3mms if see the diagram.

If after adjustment the problem persist. You must Test or measure the voltage for +5vdc to I.C.( EPROM, ROM, etc) , coming up from the Lower Board( Main Controller Motor Board).

Re-connect the flexible cord between Upper Board(Display) VS. Lower Board(Main Controller Motor Board) .
After you did that the Display Board is faulty or Main Controller Motor Board is faulty Replace.

Of course try to use the Dvoltmeter. very important.

sincerely.

My Vizio has pixelation and blue and green colors only you can barely tell there is a definite picture but its all green or blue

Hi;
Have the digital board replaced, it might also be a good idea to replace the main board at the same time. Have a technician check the VS and VA and VE voltages to the y-Substain board also, on most plasmas there are small variable adjustments knobs that control these voltages some times this porblem can be resolved by adjusting the voltages.

My TV has little green dots all over the picture.

You have the problem called "diffusion" errors, or some call it non-erasing pixels, etc.. You may be able to adjust the voltages to fix the issue. The 2 main voltages are VS and VA. The value they should be is listed on the back of the plasma panel. If one is off, then it could be the cause. Some manufacturers recommend turning up or down vs or va by 10% to fix this type of issue. Unfortunately, it can also be caused by many board in the tv.. power supply (where vs and va are generated) plus also the y and z drive boards, buffer boards, etc. If they are across the whole screen, suspect the power board and Y board most likely. I can talk you through all the adjustments but you will need a dc voltmeter capable of handling 250v. Let me know your skill level and we can fix this together.

Picture is not coming on samsung spn4235

Remove the Power Supply cable to Y Main board and check the Vs voltage in Power Supply board.
1. Vs voltage is OK, replace the Logic board or Y Main board.
2. Vs voltage is NG, replace the Power Supply board.

Samsung spn4235 plasma tv

The set will need some screen voltages adjusted on the power supply board, the VS voltage is marked on the panel inside the set, find the VS test point and the VS adjustment potentiometer. adjust the voltage down at least 10 volts, if your not an experienced person in electronics, get a person that is, there is a high voltage on that board that is dangerous
