You need to reboot the tv. you've had a signal drop which locks up the tv. call sharp tech support and they will talk you through a reboot.

You better check if the power supply have complete output voltage.The power supply have 5vdc for the logic and tuner board,12-16vdc to sound amplifier, and 24vdc to back lights inverter.So if there is no 12vdc supply in the power supply,there is no sound in your TV.So check first the supply output of the power supply.Thanks..
