I have a Roku hisense 32". It is set up but how do I re-scan for antenna channels?

First make sure that you have the antenna connected to the RF jack. Go to the Home screen of the TV and select the Antenna TV tile on the right hand side of the screen. (If you acquired the TV from a previous owner, they could have hidden this tile. See the steps preceded by Otherwise.) If this is the first time you scanned for channels, just follow the onscreen prompts (including setting your time zone). Otherwise, go to Settings (below Home in the left column on the home screen) > TV Inputs > Antenna TV > Scan again for Channels > Start finding channels. Use the arrow keys to navigate the menus/tiles and press OK to enter. To save, make sure to select Done and press OK.

The manual for the Hisense Roku TV (2019), 32HF4030F is available here: https://www.hisense-usa.com/support/models/32H4030F_hd-hisense-roku-tv-2019 . The current link to the manual is https://assets.hisense-usa.com/assets/ProductDownloads/88/c8c9a74079/Roku-User-Manual.pdf . The section for setting up TV channels starts on page 39 of the manual. See the section starting on page 10 for information on using the remote or TV front panel buttons in the menu.

I hope this helps.

How do I set up caller Id on my hisense tv thru at&t cable source?

Hello, Karen -

I hope I am correct in assuming the AT&T cable remote control is already synced with your TV.

Also, I hope you are asking about a landline phone with AT&T as the service provider.

If so . . .

With your AT&T remote control, press MENU.

You then should see a side bar with a list starting with GUIDE.

Press 9-8-0-0. which should bring you to the guide listing for PHONE SERVICES. Press OK.

On the PHONE SERVICES screen press OK

Your land line phone number should be listed on the PHONE SERVICES MAIN MENU screen,

One choice on the PHONE SERVICE MAIN MENU will be one for SETTINGS. Move down to highlight CHANGE SETTINGS FOR MESSAGE INDICATOR AND CALLER ID DISPLAY. Press OK.

Follow the on-screen directions to select DISLAY MESSAGE INDICATOR and be sure to choose DONE to save the setting,

After saving the CALLER ID setting, just press the EXIT button on the AT&T remote control and then choose to power the remote control and TV off or choose a channel you wish to watch.

Best wishes,

When we turn on the TV the channels wont go past 13 not sure why. the other tvs in our house goes up to channels 65 Lost the manual

If the tv was setup with auto tune it will only store the amount of channels(signals) that it can pickup
so if the signal is worse on that outlet it will find and store less channels

Loss of sound

you can try changing the assigned channel.you should have to put the second T V on a certain channel like channel 72 or 68 or something like that.on the main reveiver you should go into the menu and poke around in the setting until you see a REMOTE ADDRESS option walk through the steps and change the channel that the second TV receives its picture on, you should shoot for channel 62-72.also make sure the hisense is set to a cable input.you can go into the menu on the hisense and go to your settings and change this .it will be on CABLE or ANTENNA.try switching those around.also did you have sound before coming out of the coax output on the hisense? if your not sure then plug a vcr into and make sure the TV is working with different equipment.GOOD LUCK!
