V110 (is a what) Lenovo 110-15ISK (got it)
here is your service manual, see how to remove the big battery is first.
https://download.lenovo.com/ibmdl/pub/pc/pccbbs/mobiles_pdf/v110_hmm_en.pdf
step1 is do the long reset, as stated here and all PCs makers websites a zillion times
disconnect the AC pack
hold power for 10 to 30 seconds, and release the button
now with AC pack attached
power on.
the super secret power reset is done.
fails again...
next remove the large battery connector inside
see on page 37-38 in your manual
1:AC pack removed.
2: gain access to battery , page 37
3: unplug said battery conn,
4: AC pack plugged back on , see if PC turns on.
if still 100% dead it needs service, (a 12 step plan) ask for it.
the silly word in the manual FRU means
field replaceable unit, (A PART, or in UK Bits)
if you read the manual you quickly see there are 2 classes of PC
here, one with simple battery pull one and one that is not.
you never told your full model, so cant tell you which PC you have.
but there you go, all laptops have short life, due to that one part
the large battery dies or worse shorts out.
Testimonial: "Lenovo 110-15ISK I Have tried with external monitor and step 1 long rest, still 100% no display"
why not do step 1.
remove the old silly now dead or worse shorted big battery, all loptops fail for this first
ALL.
batteries dont list 100 year like transistorsd do they can fail only 1 year.
take out that battery and run on AC pack.
try to know, that if the Battery shorts and overloads the power rails both screens are dead.
the internal screen
and the now added VGA screen is dead
to as a result of the GPU chip in the PC is now dead for the lack of POWER.
in electronics POWER is first. no power no joy
from a flash light to a 747, power is king.
remove the big battery run on AC pack only.
the PACK can run this PC for decades.
all by its lonesome. (grid up)

Have you tried an external monitor? Plug one in while the laptop is off, then turn it on. If no video on the external monitor, then there's a hardware issue somewhere else. Such as ram, motherboard or possibly cpu.

SOURCE: Mother Board Display Problem
Hi, i think its a vga card or onboard card, if not make sure that you ram is tight and if u can get a dust blower and blow it, and just make sure that before u close it, u quiz in tight all the attached components on the mother board, if it refuse, then get another graphics card and try a gain. For starts u can use a very cheap Pci vga card and or AGP card. The other thing that i want u to take not of is try some friends monitor and see if it works if it fails then try the first option. However usually intel has a beep code, take not of the beep code and tell us how many times the it beep.
Hope u are help.
Cheers

Hi,
This is a notebook not a desktop computer.
Try this and let me know if it works.
Remove the AC power cord and the battery. Hold down the power button for 30 seconds to dispel any residual power from the laptop.
Then just plug in the AC power (leave the battery out) and try to boot the laptop up.
If it boots up let it load the operating system and then shut it down. Reinsert the battery and see if it will boot up.
Good luck.
SOURCE: HP G61 NOTEBOOK PC BIOS
It would seem that your BIOS has become corrupted somehow. First try entering your BIOS setup. I believe for HP computers when you press power tap the F10 key until it opens. There you can try to reset them in some fashion and save. Try rebooting. If that fails then remove the battery and repeatedly press the power button for about 10 seconds.. (make sure it is also unplugged, this is to discharge the power from the system) then replace the battery and try booting again. Otherwise it would seem that you might have tried to load the wrong BIOS into your laptop. Check with HP then if you are still covered or not. :/
