Hello! you might need to calibrate your tablet`s sensor, if that doesn`t work please turn off the auto rotation on your tablet, and then reboot your tablet. if that doesn`t work, please do a factory reset on your tablet by pressing power button + volume down, your tablet will go into recovery mode and look for factory reset.
Most Tablets gets reset with this procedure.
If it is not self recovering after powerdown, you have to reset to factory settings (meas you will losse your apps) to do do this most tablets gets reseted by presing both (Up-Down) volume keys before pressing the power on button. A text menu will appear asking you the action, you have to choose Factory Settings. Your Tablet must be poer off before to perform the avobe procedure. Hope it helps...
If not volume keys works try other tablet keys. but always press keys convinations before the power on key.
