The manual for the Singer Golden Panoramic 650 and 670 is available from Singer's support page: https://www.singer.com/support . There are some differences between the 650 and the 670. However, these seem to be clearly detailed in this manual. The G in the model number usually indicates the manufacturing plant. Thus it shouldn't need a different manual.

singer has a free pdf to download--the middle one
Go to the singer website
Go to the home page
Go to customer service--click on it--it will show a small menu--click on instruction manual
In the box put the model number (example 9018) & click search

Most sewing stores will sell. You can buy online as well, some companies will send you a copy to download or mail out a hard copy. There used to be free downloads of books from singer.com but that has ended with the new management.
