Proscan TV has no remote and the power light is going from off and on / The screen is black, it comes on sometimes, very rarely, It also makes a small high pitched noise while it's blinking.

A high pitch noise comes normally from blown capacitors from the motherboard or the power supply. But mostly high pitch noise comes from power supplies.

You could have to open up the power supply to see them.

Verify if it is the case and replace the faulty part.

I have a very high pitched sound and when I move the tv it will stop for a second or two and then start again. The sound sometimes stops all together. But very high pitch sound.

THIS NOISE IS NORMAL. IS THE DEGAUSING COIL
