The right one. Get a set. Try different sizes till you find one that fits snugly. No wiggle. There are american sizes and metric sizes. Get one of each (probably $20 at home depot) Northern Tool and Equipment way cheaper. Ebay, sometimes cheaper still. Or go to Home Depot or Lowes with a photo of your kitchen faucet and see if they sell one that looks like it, and see what it uses...

Should be coming out if head not stripped or threads inside at set screw aren't stripped. Can you tell at all with perhaps flashlight if set screw is turning at all? Look like it backing out?

Easy! Simply turn the water off, pry the cover loose, raise the handle until the screw head is centered in the access hole, find the right size allen wrench and remove the screw, then the handle can be removed.

On handle of faucet you will see a red/blue plug button, under that is a set screw. loosen and this will allow you to remove handle.

It would be an allen wrench. Any typical multi sized wrench should have the proper sized allen wrench.

The holes can often become filled with grime so be sure to seat the wrench properly to prevent stripping.
