Can you tell if this eBay vintage (meaning old...) model is the same one or not? Eventually, if you check eBay you find one with a manual.

I'm going to assume you have an epson 406, and that you got a "service req" error. Means, "service required". There should be a code, too, that might tell us what service is required, but without that, we can do little for you.
