cause of the error code is a version mismatch with the bootROM file and the bootable/language file


re-launch the firmware flash and follow this order of flashing machine.

1. Flash BOOT
2. Flash SYSTEM
3. Flash Language
4. Cycle power and let machine boot normally.

Hi. That error indicates there is a problem in the scanning unit. Is the scanning sensor skewed. It should be perpendicular to the glass.

problem with fuser.Go to the following to clear error:CLEAR<ENGIN<ERRCLR;and than turn off the machine and back ON.Check the connectors;replace the main thermistor;replace the fixing film;replace fix.assy. ; replace DC controller

Dear
it indicates fixing unit temp could not raised to predetermined value. The following steps may be taken to clear the error.
CLEAR>ENGIN>ERRLR; and then turn OFF and then ON the power.
2.Check connection of the Connectors (Thermistor Connector and AC Connector).
3.Replace the Fixing Assembly.
4.Replace the DC_CON PCB.

Reset the error. Press "Additional Function" then 2 then 8 then "Additional Function". Go to #CLEAR > #ENGINER > #ERRCLR.

I recommend using AVR 2000W Servo type to your machine if error persist. It is due to supply fluctuations.
