yes that is a PC (android)
but can do monitor like duty. too.
it needs service.
if screen is dead, it has power problems
as the screen must at least show a viewsonic splash as power is turned on.
try it on a 2nd room AC power jack yet:?

if in warranty take it back to the store
or call viewsonic for help.
the android PC can use an HDMI cable to a PC and works as a monitor.too.

if it does not settle your problem you will have to change the switch

It's possible that you fried it somehow, or you tripped a fuse on the line you are using to power it. Try plugging it into another outlet.

Test the brushes by catching it in a stalled condition when you have it triggered, then rotate it slightly. If it takes off suspect the brushes or a dead segment on the comutator.

If it doesn't respond to this, then consider the VSR trigger... open it and test by bypassing it when in stalled condition...

And here is the number to a factor tech which could answer your question on trigger wiring. There is no diagram available but, I'm sure a tech will get you up and going.
