Chrome is a web browser and cannot open a SD Card. You can do a search for My Computer, open it and you will see the SD Card in devices and drives. Right click on it and then click on open and you will see your files.

My tablet is very much new and is giving me trouble google chrome is taking so much space and my internal storage is already full.I bought a new sd card of 8gb yet it is still not functioning

See if you can transfer the program to the SD card . That will free up some internal memory. You might want to to that to other large programs you have installed too.

How to format the sd card for nuvi 1390t

I found the solution on my own. My PC is a Win 7 64bit machine and I was using Google Chrome Version 18. When I tried the download again using IE, it worked fine. I now have 3 full maps on my Nuvi 1390 (i in the internal memory and 2 in the SD card) and can access each one without a problem.

I cannot access my SD card on my cellphone thus I donnot know where to open it on my menu

SD card in Nokia mobile can be opened in two ways,

1. Click on Menu --- > Gallery ---- > SD Card
2. Click on Menu --- > Applications --- > SD Card

By default the name of the SD card is "no name". You can change that name as the following
1. Menu --- > Applications --- > SD Card --- > Options ---> Rename mem.card

Enter the new name and press ok.

How can you import pictures in inbox on cell phone to the microchip SD 2gb inserted in phone?

Micro SD cards for cell phones are now costing less and are holding more memory. 4GB SD cards can hold an estimated 1000 songs, over 13,000 images, or 22 hours of video individually. 2GB memory cards hold roughly half those estimates and 8GB SD cards would hold double. So if your cell phonemag-glass_10x10.gif has a SD card slot learn how to utilize this expandable memory option on your device. Follow these steps and you will soon be enjoying your music, pictures, and video on your phone!
  1. Insert your SD memory card adaptor (with micro SD card inserted) into your SD Card drive on your computer. This should open a "Secure Digital Storage Device" or similar window. If not, go to "My Computer" to locate your SD card and open it.
  2. Step 2 To transfer picture files to your SD memory card, open the folder or file that your pictures are stored on. Simply click and drag a file or multiple files and drop them into your SD Card window or folder. You can also copy a picture and then paste it to the SD Card.
  3. Step 3 To transfer music files to your SD memory card, open your "My Music" folder. Select the folder where you are going to get the music from (Itunes, Yahoo Music...). Click, drag, and drop the files into the SD Card window or copy and paste them in.
  4. Step 4 To transfer video files to your SD memory card, open your "My Videos" folder. Select the folder where you are going to get the video from. Click, drag, and drop the files into the SD Card window or copy and paste them in.
  5. Step 5 Take out the SD memory card adaptor from its drive. Remove the Micro SD card (small chip for your phone) and insert it into the SD Card drive on your Blackberry, IPhone, or other compatible cell phone.
  6. Step 6 Go to your media, picture, or music folder in your cell phonesmag-glass_10x10.gif menu. Select which item you are looking for and your files will appear!
