How to update my nextbook to 6.0 so I can use apps like chase mobile etc

I have a Nextbook Ares 10 A. The easiest way is to go to settings click on backup reset. U shud see the option to factory reset. Click it. It will ask if u r sure. Click yes. The device will shut down then a black screen comes up. You control this screen with volume buttons and power button. Using volume button scroll down to factory reset, click power button. It will ask r u sure. Click power button again. The factory reset will start. When it's done the same black screen will pop up. Use power button and click reboot. Ur done. Note:. This will not change the OS u r currently running, just all data, settings, app updates etc. Hope this helps.

Hi click on the play store icon it. should open a page with 3 horizontal (LINES) with Google play beside them ...click on the 3 lines it should open a page WITH MY APPS & GAMES click this on & u should find you're apps to update.. cheers

Mostly It's Just a Bug or a issue with the Play Store itself... I Would Advise Restoring your Device From Scratch or Updating to the latest software.

Reset and reload all apps, that don't do it, back up your staff and plug it in to your pc and reset it, try an update, last load up new firmware that is capable with your device

try to hold the home button down and hit clear all then task manager and hit stop all and reboot

Get rid of glare by turning it off and buying and buying a DECENT tablet. This Nextbook is a piece of crap. You cannot change memory allocation.

Hi you could:
*check you have enough space
*check your internet conection
*update your app market
*run a ccleaner/history eraser
*use a task manager to see what else is running
*ask someone more inteligent than me
