I had that happen one time and someone had unpluged the phone from the wall. then one time the plug under the phone was unpluged. then one tome unpluged from the wall or router. just have follow all the cords to make sure they are all pluged in. then make sure the service is on too. there was one a bird got in to the main box out side and they replair man had to put the wires back to getether for the bird had mess with them. GOOD hunting. then make sure the light is on when the phone is charging. once in awhile the battries will not take a charge anylonger eather so happy hunting
