Yes especially if you are heavy footed on brakes. Do you coast to a slow then apply or are you waiting till close to required stop point?
Brake pads can be of different grades and wear quickly if of low grade. Are your rotors gone too or just the pads?

How to apply online for POEA Travel Exit Clearance (OEC) ?

1. Log on to: www.oecdeliver.com.ph
2. Select the "Apply Now" button to accomplish the online OFW information sheet;
3. Select the "Submit" button and print the OFW information sheet on two sheets of long bond paper;
4. Prepare photocopies of supporting documents as listed in page 2 of printed OFW info sheet (such as passport and visa);
5. Submit printed OFW info sheet, supporting documents and fees to any 2Go Branch / Aboitiz (nationwide);
6. The travel exit clearance (OEC) will be delivered to OFW. No need to go to POEA.

Update the Firmware

And before downloading the firmware make sure you download the correct version

Then

Connect your computer - Router (Wired)

Open router setup by typing 192.168.2.1 on the address bar of internet explorer

on the left under utilities click firmware update

Leave the password blank and click submit

Click browse and locate the file you downloaded

Click open and click update

Then on the left side under wireless click wi-fi protected setup

Leave the password blank and click submit

Disable it and click apply changes

on the left under wireless click security

select the security mode as 64 bit wep

on the key one type a 10 digit number

make sure you remember it and click apply changes

on the left under wireless click channel and ssid

change the ssid to a different name and click apply changes

Try to connect to this network on your computer

Turn the idle speed screw CCW till the chain stops turning at idle, but the engine continues to run. Make sure the carburetor fasteners are tight. Remove the chain cover, bar, and chain. Spin the outer drum of the clutch to check the bearing which lies between the drum and internal components. If it doesn't spin freely, try oiling the drum bearing area and work it into the bearing. If no help, plan on replacing the clutch mechanism. Hope some of this helps!
