SOURCE: HP deskjet F380 - 'status: paper jam'. There is no paper jam!

Unplug the power cord and while doing that make sure printer is powered on i mean do not turn off the printer using the power button. When you unplug the power cord than press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. Than release the power button and connect the power cord and then try to print.

SOURCE: No paper jam but still says there is a paper jam

Hello there even if you not see any thing jams it worth a try. There this may work for you, it has worked for many here I given this advice so gave it a try it could work for you. Generally when this happens, something has fallen into the printer, or a piece of paper has been jammed in there.

First step, remove the ink cartridge, and turn the printer upside down and gently shake it, see if anything comes out.

If nothing goes, or you can't hear anything rattling around, get a piece of cardstock paper (60lb or heavier) and gently push this through the printer, to see if it will help push out what might be stuck in there.

And gave the rode that the ink slides on a good clean and maybe a bit oil on cloth and wipe the rod with it.

Please come back and just gave a vote, it will gave me some satisfaction to know am helping some one so I will keep on helping.

Epson WF-7820 keeps saying Insert Cassette (1) Correctly even though I can't find an issue with it seating properly.

It is possible that your Epson WF-7820 is experiencing a paper jam or a misalignment of the paper cassette. If the paper cassette is not correctly inserted into the printer, the printer will display an error message that tells you to insert the cassette correctly. To resolve this issue, make sure the paper cassette is correctly inserted and that any paper jams are cleared. If the issue persists, try resetting the printer by unplugging it and then plugging it back in. If the error message still appears, contact Epson support for further assistance.

My Epson WorkForce WF-3620 printer's paper tray is jammed in the printer.

Question edited and corrected for clarity 'WF' not 'fw', plus added the maker.

Turn it over, see if you can see what is jamming. Children find holes to poke pencils. Open every door and bypass. Remove all the cartridges. Also disconnect and reconnect power, so it run the self test diagnostics.

How to clear Epson WF3640 paper jam?

Hello, the only way to clean the jam is to first unplug the power, take off the back and look for the paper, pull all the paper out and if you can see the jam pull that out, you may have to get twizzers or plyers to do it. If you can't get the printer to paper feed out.

My workforce WF-3540 displays "PAPER JAM". I can find no jam

This sounds weird but I will post it since is solved this problem for me. Despite following all the instructions I could not get rid of the "paper jam" message on my WF3540 . In desperation I tried changing the yellow ink cartridge (which was low) and after the printer went through all its "new cartridge" routine - lo and behold the paper jam message was gone and the printer worked!
