Google accounts can be removed through hard reseting the device
THE FOLLOWING METHOD REMOVE ALL THE DATA IN YOUR PHONE.

  1. In the first step switch off the phone by using the Power button.
  2. Now press and push Volume Up and Power keys for a couple of seconds.
  3. Release the Power key when MOBICEL logo appears on the screen.
  4. If you see Android Robot let go of the Volume Up button.
  5. Then you must click the Power key once to open Recovery Mode.
  6. From the menu choose "wipe data/factory reset". Use Volume Down key to scroll down and the Volume Up button to confirm that.
  7. In this mode navigate by using Volume Down key to select "yes" and press the Volume Up button once.
  8. At the end select "reboot system now" by using the Volume Up key to launch the process.
  9. The Phone is successfully Reset & All Passwords & accounts should removed.

From the computer go to gmail.com and either click on Can't access your account? to recover your old account or click on Create Account to create a new account you can use on your mobile. Once account is working use it on your phone.

If you go to Gmail on your computer, you should be able to recover your account. Here is for if you know your username Click . This one is for if you lost your username Click . Also try going on your phone and press menu / settings / Accounts&Sync. It might tell you what your google account username is! If none of those will work for I would say sign up for another google account and use that one. Only thing that sucks is if you bought anything from market place it probably will not show up as purchased if you use a different account.

You will have to factory reset the phone and lose all of your data and numbers. Good idea not to forget this sort of information.

I forgot the password

Typically when a mobile device is locked, it wants the original e-mail account name and password it was setup with. You shouldn't need internet connectivity to unlock the phone. If you can log into your account at https://mail.google.com/ that's good, but it doesn't guarantee it's the same account the device is using or the original password used.
In some cases, if the device can receive a call, you can access the menu during the call and disable the screen lock.
If you don't remember the username and the account was properly setup at creation time, you can recover the name using "I forgot my username" here: http://support.google.com/mail/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=46346 And here's a trick to recover an account name on an Android device: https://productforums.google.com/d/topic/gmail/ydNElvUjJVU/discussion
If you have the username, the following will help with the process to recover the account by resetting the password: http://gmailaccountrecovery.blogspot.com/
BUT... A recovered account or changed password won't have the original password which is what the device needs to be unlocked. In that case the device will probably need to have a factory reset done (read the owner's manual for instructions) and then setup again with an e-mail account (be sure to write the information down this time). If it's setup with the recovered e-mail account, any purchased apps and synced data should be restored. If a new account needs to be created, all previous information will be lost.
