How do I update a coby 610-4G mp3 player?

I have tried to get music from Windows 10 to mp3. My mp3 has not been updated in awhile. Need to know how to update to make it work.

so when the mp3 is hooked up and windows media player is open there is a long box on the side of the screen and drag the songs you want into the box and when you got all the song in the box press start sinc. and with the itunes problem put a blank CD in the computer and open up itunes there is a small button on the bottom of the screen that says burn and it will put all the songs on the CD then close itunes and rip the song from the CD on to the computer and then just drag the songs like on the first step i told you.

There is no Windows Vista driver for Creative Nomad Jukebox Zen Xtra. Creative web site does not have the driver for it either. I also have this mp3 play and can not use it on my Windows Vista computer. I had to also install Windows XP as a 2nd OS on my computer in order to manage the files on my Creative Nomad Jukebox Zen Xtra.
