It doesnt have air hose just blue wires
If your unit is shutting down due to the outdoor pressure switch. The main two problems are the outdoor fan is bad ( the blade is not turning at full speed or not at all, motor getting hot after running a while and shutting down) or the outdoor coil is dirty. The outdoor coil gets a lot of dirt and debris impacted in the finn area. You need to disconnect all power and wash it out with a water hose. You must wash it the opposite flow from the airflow. If the air is pull through then wash the opposite direction. If it's cycling on the low pressure switch then the indoor blower may be the problem, low on refrigerant, dirty filter, dirty coil.
SOURCE: have a coleman evcon furnace
Your centrifical swith is stuck open on your blend motor. I found that removing the blend motor housing and spinning the stuck motor (from setting over the summer) will get you out of a bind ,.but you may end up needing this centrifical switch (locatedon the bottom of the blend/fresh air intake) motor replaced.
SOURCE: Green light stays on, red light blinks along with a buzzing noise
colman uses the furnace to power the attic vent fan . Cheaper that way I guess. It just supplies your attic fan with power so it will vent thus keeping your home a little cooler in the summer.
not a big deal. you can shut the alarm with a switch ot cut power to the alarm.
SOURCE: Have a Evcon Coleman Furnace shows three green
I have had the same problem with mine for the last 2 years. Remove the motor on the side of the furnace(usually held on by 3 screws) and turn the fan blades inside by hand. after sitting all summer it seems to get stuck. If it moves freely, replace the motor and try to start it again. This fixed mine the last 2 years! Hope this helped.
SOURCE: Coleman Evcon blink codes
The error code 7 blinks means "ignition lockout due to retries".First try to reset, then check.
This switch gets tripped and such problem is noticed.
It's behind the gas valve on the firewall and if the furnace
blows down instead of up there is one in the blower section on the blower
housing. The blower section switch can be reset with a small center button and
the firewall switch can be tapped on to see if it resets itself. If still the same 7 blinks noticed then the ignition control circuit board is not verifying that the main burner is lit.So try this:---Take the flame sensor out and brush it off with a wire brush to clean off an oxide that can form and prevent flames from getting to the rod.The furnaces have a little rod that should be sticking up into the furnace flames. That's the flame sensor. Inspect the wire attached to it to verify that it's connected, intact and not damaged. On the opposite side of the glow bar/igniter you will find a flame sensor. This is a rod with a ceramic base that is positioned in front of the burner. Remove this rod and polish it with steel wool or sandpaper. This should help if its carbon got collected on the rod.
--------But if this is not helping then the problem is faulty igniter, and it has to be replaced. The hot surface igniter it has two wires going to it and sticks up under the burners and into the area where the flames should burn.-----------
This will help.thanks.Helpmech.
