Simply, Click on sign in page, you can log in the account by fill up logging a password. If the information is already filled into a different account than click on Use another account.
If your trying to use someone elses computer and it wont let you change the user name go into browser options and use (incognito window) this will let you login.

Try to clean your Temporary Internet Files, coockies, etc...

Delete which account?
If another Gmail account comes up, just sign out of it by clicking the avatar in the upper-right then clicking "Sign out."

Point your web browser at http://www.gmail.com
If another account comes up, sign out of it by clicking the avatar in the upper-right then clicking "Sign out."
If you then still can't log into your account, click the "Can't access your account?" link on the sign-in page.
