SOURCE: hi, need help on remote.

Easiest way to go about this is to go to your local store and look on the back of the universal remote packages. The manufactuer will list all of the brands that their remote is designed to work with. Find Acer, and your problem is solved. Another option is to call Acer and see if you can order a new remote. The customer service number should be on their website.

SOURCE: keep getting disconnected from xbox live, for 5

Is your X-box wireless and are you using a wireless router?
If you are using a wireless router and it is getting disconnected, then you will need to check the wireless settings of the router.
You can try to upgrade the Firmware of the router. or change the advanced wireless settings of the router.
On your wireless router you will find the advanced wireless settings.
You will need to change BEACON Interval to 75.
RTS threshold to 2307.
Fragmentation threshold to 2306.
if possible then reduce the MTU on the router to 1365.

hi you will need first to isolate where the problem might be so try to plug other unit or device in your power surge like a dvd player. if it is work your lcd tv have problem now how are you going to fix your tv, use a philip screw driver and open the back cover to gain access the internal part. since doesn't turn on check the power supply first which is the main source of supply of all the board. replace blown fuse and other defective part. bulged capacitor will not work good replace it use the panasonic brand atleast 105c ratings it is effective. thanks hope will help you to fix the problem.
