The headset will not stay connected to computer

Has anything changed with your phone's software? Have you tried deleting and repairing headset?

If you open the boom and long press the multifunction button does the headset light glow steady blue?

While you can't actively be connected to 2 phones at one time, you can pair with more than one phone. Just turn off the headset, then hold the call/end button on the headset until the status light stays solid. Initiate search on the 2nd cell or PC/Mac and if prompted enter the 0000 pair key.
Now you can connect to the Jabra from one or the other phone/computer. I used this method for to connect to my blackberry for work and n97 personal phones.

if its a bluetooth headset ... other than that no...
if it is the headset you go to settings and accesory settings. Then you go to register bluetooth device. Depending on what it is there are 3 options. Whichever it is click on it. but all i know is how to connect a bluetooth headset. Just press the talk or power button on it until it stays litten up and have the ps3 look for it.

start windows in safe mode and connect ur head set if this problem stays restore ur windows it does not effect ur data

Try restoring factory settings which is in settings

check the batteries on the BT headset

For this headset, the Blue light should blink before you can connect it via Bluetooth.

Have you tried holding down the multi-function button of it for 7 seconds and then release it? If not, try that until the Blue light flashes. If it will not work, refer to the user manual of the headset or this could be a defective one.

turn off headset
then press and hold on button untill the light stays on
not blicks i mean stays on on
then run your other bluetooth discovery
on your laptop

Hold the button and as soon as the light turns purple, open the boom and in a second it should stay lit purple, now you can pair the two.

On your bluetooth headset, hold down the power button until the light stays on steady. (it will blink when you initially power it on, but continue to hold for another few seconds for the steady light!) Your headset is now in pairing mode.

On your RAZR, press Menu > Settings and Tools > Connections > Bluetooth > Handsfree > Look for devices. Your phone will then scan for any bluetooth devices that are in pairing mode. When your headset pops up on the list, highlight it and press ok to connect.

If the device asks permission to bond with the phone, select yes. It will then prompt you for a pin code. The pin will be 0000 .
