Have simpson Eziset 9.5 simple wash top load with an EFO error. What does that mean please

EFO
Is Out of balance switch off.
Open lid, redistribute load and close lid.

My Simpson ezyset 6kg washer won't empty or spin after it w eat out of balance

check the lever to microswitch adjustment for the balance
normally it is also the lid open microswitch and if the unbalance was sever enough the lever will be on the wrong side of the switch

Changed lid lock on a 750 simpson ezyset washing machine.

most likely a problem program board not moving onto the next cycle and that is why the lid lock is still activated

check pressour switch door lock or lid lock not familer with mechine so don't no if its top or front loader good luck

My simpson top loader switches off after about 1 to 2 munutes. If you turn it off and wait a few minutes will switch on again but only for a minute or so again. I opened it up and run led goes off

could be a dodge motor
or a bad lid closed switch or interlock
or some heating or drain
i think its prob something too do with the heater element
or the motor draws too much current for some reason

Hi, I have a simpson ezyset 550 which won't stop spinning.As soon as i turn the machine on the agitator spins continually.Any ideas?

Most likely the brake on the bottom of the tub isn't engaging.

GE WWSE5200B Top Load Washer does not drain or spin

Jim, we have same problem with Simpson top loader washing machine.
Our repairer eventually diagnosed it as a problem with the electronics but it can't be fixed. So we have a 3 year old machine with good pump , motor, gearbox etc but need to buy new machine now. Yours might be similar problem. Don't buy a simpson. Sorry, this is just what we've been told.

Hello,
It sounds like a door switch fault see if the end light and the start/pause light are flashing count the flashes if end flashes 4 times and the start/pause once or maybe more this could be error 41, door switch fault.A door switch would cost about $ 20 but there may still be a problem with the main Programmer.
