sounds like the cP150, CP120 and CP114 capacitors need replacement. You can get the CP150, CP120 and CP114 repair kit from www.tvrepairworld.com the kit contains the capacitors and the CD with instructions.Its listed under the RCA repair kits as RCA makes the GE models.
reset your circuit breaker. it should power back on in less than 30 seconds. the circuit may be on the outlet or the breaker box. let me know how it worked out for you. hope this helps
