It sound like you are using a component video connection to the TV, which is of variable specification. Try a different type of video feed from your Comcast box

Dynex flat screen- cogeco box- guide works then goes blank

Not the remote.It the Cogeco box.The box data's it out of dated,some time this happen.Unplug the Cogeco box about an hour,replug the box.Let it update it software.Goto the tv setup goto CH. rescan it again,all the tv channel should be back.

Problem after replacing convergence board

Yes, you do need to set up the convergence in order to get the picture geometry correct. the antenna and maybe some other settings will need to be restored through the appropriate user interface screens. You will need your owners manual for a guide.

Need Remote Control Users Guide

I asked for a copy of the remote control user guide, and you give a four week delivery ring-dang-doodle.

One of your your phone service people gave me a phone number to talk to your technical service. That number turned out to be a guy trying to get me to pay to talk to a female talking nasty; wonder how much you get for each referal?

Next you promise me nearly anything to get $29.99. I winged it, made the setting ok, and don't need any more of your "sevice", as in a bull "servicing" a cow.

TV Guide System not working

In order to receive the TV's Guide system, the cable should be connected directly to the TV instead of the cable box if you are still using it.
How do you have the cable box connected to the TV?

Not receiving guide plus + tv listing -no problem until 2 weeks

I called TimeWarner Cable tech support, and the solution is to unplug the power to the box, after 1 min plug back in, let the box reboot, and PRESTO, this time around, the guide should be working.
Note--this is a solution for the problem of online guide that is showing No Data in the boxes, but is bringing up the grid of times/channels/date.
If you can't get the Guide at all, I don't know if this solution works.

WE CAN NOT GET OUR TV GUIDE AFTER USING IT FOR OVER A YEAR THEN ALL IT SAID WAS NO LISTING THEN THERE WAS IT TAKES 24 HOURS TO UPDATE TV GUIDE AND THAT HAS BEEN A WEEK AGO.

The guides are not produced by your set. They are transmitted and maintained by your service provider (cable or satellite).
You need to speak with them about it.
